so i was bummed that the saints did end up gettin’ stomped by the bears today. i would have been less bummed if it looked like they gave a shit in the fourth quarter. they were huggin’ it out with the other team with like… more than 3 minutes left. i’m not intersted in sein’ that.
but… a brother in new orleans, a brother in chicago. win win. and the bears defense was really impressive.
really, this post is more to highlight one of the best examples of flash that’s out on the interwebs nowdays. it’s the espn live game cast that they do for both professional and college football. quickly to the point, it’s sweetness. you get all kinds of info. clean interface. intuitive. quick loading. switch between games. get different views. stats. feed fantasy football monster. eat it up, that’s good internet.
nice! (think borat)
and to think I payed 10 bucks extra for the yahoo version of this — for my fantasy football league this year –
(I had Ladainian Tomlinson — and was in first place the whole season)
Yahoo’s version is called “stat tracker” is flash based too and real-time.
Somebody out their is really thinking. I’d spend my time watching the game with the interface on my laptop.
I need this for when I watch 24 to track Jack’s kills and tortures.

dude oh my god no shit.
i had carson palmer, houzhmenwhatev and rudi johnson on one of my teams. 1st place all season then end up in 4th after the playoffs. in my other league i had eli manning who is a waste of space. the eeyore of the league. obviously i did poorly and didn’t make the playoffs in that league. and i think as a holdover from my broke-ass college days i don’t pay for the live stat tracker so i haven’t seen it… is it as good?
yeah, you can get excellent stats from these babies. real quick. you can tell that people who watch football are certainly involved in these projects
that’s so funny about 24. that would be perfect. seriously, put holovaty on a google mashup or something.
