i am.
but i try not to be. it’s just that i’ve been busy as a mo lately working on these elections. they were exciting. it’s always exciting as a journo when there is big news. and this was the best kind. live big news. and i got to cover it. it was the sweetness.
this is the graphic that i developed during this period. i’m happy with how it turned out. it’s an interesting tool to use. the comparisons are really quite startling in some instances (as the image above shows). you can compare the 2006 Senate election outcomes side-by-side with other demographics such as median income as well as previous election results. all states that held a senate election are available.
